These terms govern the use of CS2 Survival, an esports prediction platform using a “Last Man Standing” format for Counter-Strike 2.

1. Service operator

The service is operated from France under the name CS2 Survival. Contact: contact@cs2survival.com.

2. Acceptance

By browsing, signing in or participating, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

3. Service description

CS2 Survival lets users follow esports tournaments and matches, select winning teams, track progress and view leaderboards. It is an entertainment service, not financial advice, betting advice or a guarantee of winnings.

4. User accounts

Authentication is provided through Discord. You must provide accurate information and keep control of your Discord account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, cheating, abuse or attempts to bypass security.

5. Predictions and leaderboards

Predictions must be submitted before the displayed lock time. Results rely on available esports data sources and may be corrected in case of errors, delays, fraud or inconsistent data.

6. Prohibited use

You must not disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, use unauthorized bots, bypass security, impersonate others or publish unlawful content.

7. Third-party services

The service uses Discord, PandaScore, Vercel and Neon. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided subject to technical availability. Maintenance, security events or data-source outages may cause interruptions. Continuous availability and absolute data accuracy are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual property

CS2 Survival’s original code, branding and presentation are protected by applicable law. Counter-Strike 2 and third-party team and tournament marks belong to their respective owners. CS2 Survival is not affiliated with Valve Corporation.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the service or applicable law changes. You may request account deletion using the contact details above.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
